U9 TOURNAMENT / U7 FESTIVAL LISTING

Tournaments will be tentatively approved and posted below on Monday of each week. The tournaments will be marked as pending. Associations will have until the Friday of that week by 5pm to submit Request for Tournament Review to the OWHA. If no request for review is received, the tournaments that were pending for the week will then be given a sanction number and be officially approved by the OWHA on the following Monday. Tournament conveners will be provided with written approval from the OWHA via email.

The Request for Tournament Review form is now available. 

This form is used for the purpose of requesting review of a proposed sanctioned tournament. This application will only be accepted if it is submitted as an official position of an OWHA Association or Independent Team. The responsibility is on the complainant to show undue hardship on its players and association. A separate form must be completed to request the review of each tournament.  The form must be completed by the Association President as listed on RAMP for the current season. The form must be submitted via email to tournaments@owha.on.ca as per the due date outlined below:

Due Date:  This completed form is due on the Friday of each week by 5pm for the tournaments posted that week. If no request for review has been received by that time, the tournament will be officially sanctioned by the OWHA, and an email will be sent to the tournament convener.

All OWHA sanctioned activities may ONLY take place once written approval has been provided by the OWHA, and they must follow all OWHA requirements including but not limited to OWHA By-Laws, Regulations, Policies and Procedures.  No individual may participate in unsanctioned activities.
