REFEREE CROSSOVERS
OWHA 2025 -2026 CROSSOVER
CROSSOVER FEE FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON IS: $10.00
CROSS-OVERS ARE FOR OFFICIALS WHO HAVE RE-CERTIFIED WITH ANOTHER MEMBER PARTNER (ALLIANCE, GTHL, NOHA, OHA, OMHA) AND WANT TO OFFICIATE IN THE OWHA.
Your crossover cannot be processed until the following components are showing on your HCR Profile.
1. Police Record Check (CRC / VSC / VSS) - Only applies to those 18 years and older.
2. Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders / Prevention Services or Speakout
3. Completed your Hockey Canada Online Course & Exam for your level
4. An In person or online clinic if applicable.
REMINDER
You must complete the OWHA 2025-2026 Officials Registration Form and email it to clinics@owha.on.ca.
Upon receipt of your Officials Registration form, it will be submitted for processing.
If all the requirements are met, your document will be processed and your card and crests will be mailed to the address you provided on your registration forms.
Cross-Over Registration with the OWHA must include On-line Registration and Payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Registration and Payment does NOT imply successful OWHA Crossover status until your 2025 - 2026 HCOP Recertification requirements can be confirmed.
Once your requirements are confirmed, your cresting will be mailed out to the address you provided on your OWHA Registration Forms.
