COACHING CLINICS


The Ontario Women’s Hockey Association has been working with other Member partners to establish health and safety measures and protocols for NEW coaches entering the sport in the 2020/2021 season.

The established protocols will always be based on direction provided by Public Health and the Ontario Government.

 

REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW COACHS - U9 & BELOW

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR COACH 1 - INTRO TO COACH QUALIFICATION TO COACH  

TO GET YOUR COACH 1 - INTRO TO COACH QUALIFICATION - CLICK HERE

You must complete the following 2 courses before you can register

If you have completed any of the courses in the past, you do not need to complete it again.

Respect in Sport - Activity Leader

Gender Identity & Expression Course

Upon successful registration for the Coach 1 - Intro to Coach clinic, you will receive a link to complete the following courses:

Hockey University: Coach 1 / Coach 2

Hockey University: Planning a Safe Return to Hockey (NEW)

Once you have completed ALL the required courses, you will then received your Coach 1 - Intro to Coach qualification.

NOTE: You must also the Rowan's Law Resource Review & Acknowledgement forms once you register with your association on RAMP

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR COACH 2 - COACH LEVEL QUALIFICATION TO COACH 

TO GET YOUR COACH 2 - COACH LEVEL QUALIFICATION - CLICK HERE

You must complete the following 2 courses before you can register

If you have completed any of the courses in the past, you do not need to complete it again.

Once you have completed ALL the required courses, you will then received your Coach 2 - Coach Level qualification.
